Chloe Dreilich-Girard

Chloe is a proud Métis woman and citizen of the Manitoba Métis Federation.  She graduated in 2026 with a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law. As a child of divorce and the first in her family to attend law school, Chloe has been motivated by these experiences and others to help improve access to justice in Manitoba. Through her education, Chloe has developed a strong interest in family law and a commitment to ensuring that individuals have assistance as they navigate not only the legal system but also significant life changes.

Chloe also greatly values giving back to community through volunteering as she recognizes that she would not be where she is today without the support of her community. Currently, Chloe sits on the National Indigenous Law Students’ Association (NILSA) as their 3^rd year representative.  Previously, Chloe has been a member of the University of Manitoba’s Board of Governors, Vice President External – Metis of the Manitoba Indigenous Law Students’ Association (MILSA), President of the Arts Student Body Council, a mentor with the Neechiwaken Peer Mentorship Program, and more.

Other pursuits

In her free time, Chloe enjoys beading, playing softball, and curling. You can often find her with friends, family and her dog, Finn, and in the summer, at the lake.
